Has Chicago’s mayor Lightfoot ever talked this tough with actual criminals? Does she make press conferences like this threatening gangs?

Many democrat-controlled cities and states have the most draconian lockdown orders. Will these mayors and governors return all of the rights they’ve taken from their people in the name of safety following COVID-19?
